ATTORNEY

Jake represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Jake is passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering strategic, practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Growing up in Asheville, North Carolina, Jake graduated from T.C. Roberson High School as Senior Class President. He went on to attend the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies along with a Certificate in Sports Management.

In 2024, Jake earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he received the law school’s highest Advocacy Award. While at Campbell, he competed on nationally recognized arbitration and negotiation teams.

Prior to joining ASK Law, Jake began his legal career practicing along the Carolina coast out of Wilmington. He also gained valuable judicial experience clerking for the Honorable Frederic Block of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Michael Stading of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Jake worked with a sports agency advising collegiate athletes on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, including members of the 2024 NC State Men’s Basketball Final Four team.

Outside the office, Jake enjoys traveling, watching and playing sports, exploring Western North Carolina, and spending time with his fiancée, family, and friends. Having returned to his hometown of Asheville, he is proud to serve the community that helped shape him.
